Prices for 2011   (gst included)

Accommodation                                                                                            

Self Contained Unit (SCU):

  • $85 for 2 per night, $25 per extra person (1 & 2 year olds are free)
  • $75 for two and $20 per extra person without linen and towels

Camps #1 and #2 (bunkrooms)

  • $22 pp per night  (casual rate for 1-14 people)
  • $17 pp per night  (group rate for 15 or more people)
  • Schools Camps with on-site programs:  $14 pp per night 
  • Mattresses on floor (eg in hall / lounge): $3  pp less than bunk bed
  • Visitors to camp programs: $5 pp per day or part there of

Camp Sites

  • Powered and Tent Sites: $15 pp per night

                    (availability subject to group bookings and payment by cash on arrival)

Minimum Charges  - (applied at Directors discretion)
  • Camp #1 or Camp #2: $500/night.       Minimum 2 nights for normal weekend, 3 nights for long weekend
  • Whole Camp: $1,000/night.       Minimum of 2 nights for normal weekend, 3 nights for long weekend

Special Event Charges

We reserve the right to charge a minimum fee per room or increase the rates or minimum camp fees when there is high demand due to large local events eg sports events like the V8’s and Mystery Creek events like the Field Days.

Facilities Hire

Note - No charge for  hall, lounge or kitchens for groups booking Camp #1 and/or Camp #2

  • Main Hall (kitchen included) $200 half and $350 full day
  • Camp #2 lounge (kitchen included) $150 half and $250 full day
  • Church
    • Weddings and general use: $200 per day or part thereof 
    • For services: Donation eg $75
  • Grounds only ie picnics / BBQ’s: $3 pp
  • Barbeque, indoor fire, bonfire: $10, $20, $30 respectively

Activities Hire

  • Swimming Pool: $3 pp/swim ($2 if > 20 people or if using accommodation)
  • Orienteering, Archery, Water slide ($15 minimum), Trolleys, BMX bikes: $3 pp per activity per session
  • Team building, volley ball, field games, table tennis etc. are free

Catering

Self catering is still encouraged but we have contacts for people that will cater on site or deliver prepared meals. Enquirers may talk directly to the service provider re menus and prices.

Booking and Payment

  • A 25% deposit and completed booking form is required 60 days prior to the booking for groups.
  • Three working days will be given to pay the deposit if another group wants the same booking. Final payment must be made before departure for groups and on arrival for casual bookings unless arranged otherwise.

Note: payment is only received by cash, cheque or direct bank transfer. Please also note that prices will be reviewed periodically. Prices are fixed when a booking (with deposit) is made.
